Colour code from wheels

I am restoring some amazon wheels and searching for the colour code. I thought about 130 silver metallic...
Is there a RAL colour close to the wheels colour?

Re: P1800 driveshafts

Good to now, I built over the LSD from a 240 1031. The 164 axle is a late type so I will use that axle then.

Thanks!

Re: P1800 driveshafts

I have been looking around on the forum here but which axle is now the best option? 240 or 164? I got a 164 axle with LSD in but I see
more people are using the 240 axle. Is it only because he is a bit smaller in width? With the 140 axle I haven't got problems with the wheels comming out to far.

Re: P1800 driveshafts

I will fit a 164E axle under the car, the reactions on the P1800axle aren't very positive :)

Re: P1800 driveshafts

The P1800 axle has the same mounting brackets on it as my amazon axle (later type of mounting type). Its a bolt on job even without chasis adjustments. Fitting it will be no problem. For my 140 axle I took amazon brackets and welded it on the 140 axle. The shaft from gearbox to rearaxle is from a 74...

Re: P1800 driveshafts

I now have a old type 140 axle under it but it isn't good anymore and therefore needs to be changed. Since I have a P1800 axle I was curious if the axle was strong enough to hold the power my car has. So its just a bolt on job and I can drive the car sooner.

P1800 driveshafts

Hello, I have a P1800ES rear axle ready for my amazon, my car has a B21ET in it and I don't know how much power the axle will hold. My max power output will be around 250hp on 18" x8wheels. Has anyboday an idea of how strong the P1800ES axles are? Will they hold this power? Are it the same axle...

5*108 on P1800

From which year the P1800 came with the 5*108 bolt pattern? Or does only the ES version has this?

thanks

oljepump B20

I got a new oljepump from KG, its from Melling and is in cast iron instead of aluminium like the std ones. The spring for oil pressure is different and I read that the ones from the iron pump (left on photo) is less reliable in racing... Someone knows an answer on this? http://users.telenet.be/rene....

Re: m400

I've been told that the m400 is a very strong gearbox. Does anybody know how much torque it can handle? It will be used on a b21et . The gearbox I have is a good as new, has runned 60.000km. //Koen I read a chevy gearbox used the same internal gears like the m400. So it must can handle some power. ...
