Varvräknare - nice solution to fit

Post by timbra »

Hej,
I am looking for a nice solution to place a revmeter in the Amazon . I would be very happy if suggestions and photos would come out of the forum.
A revmeter as the 123gt I do not like, I would also not like a hole in the upholstery.
Would be nice to hear from you!
Hälsningar
Tim
Hej,

Hi Tim!

I have a small (52 mm) tachometer mounted in my Amazon next to the radio I have mounted under the dashboard. It may not be the most logical placement, but I like it! I found some pictures for you, of course they dont show the revcounter exactly, but you have to imagine :D

I don't know if you like me have some accesories that you can attach it to? Perhaps that could be an solution for you?

Good luck!

Is it possible switch or do you kick of the racket?
Best wishes and beautiful festive days

Thanks for the interpretation Janne!

I sometimes hit the radiobox during very vivid gearchanges (Racing style :D ), but I dont feel that it is a problem as it happens very seldom. The radio is merely hung over the flange under the dashboard with an extra support bracket from the wiper motor but it is still a suprisingly rigid mounting. I believe it has only fallen of maybe once or twice...

Sorry, I´m not so often online. Thanks for the interpretation Janne. That was it!
And thanks for the new pic Bosse. You have really many instruments! Nice!
Now I found one for me. I try to put it at the ashtray because the display is like the speed display. not round but square.
I post some pictures when its ready!
Thank you all for the suggestions.

Here is a picture that I found in this thread: http://www.flickr.com/groups/swedensbes ... 6/?view=lg
It requires, however, a lot of modification.
