Progress is coming along. I sent out my head to be ported and upgraded to stainless steel high flow 44mm intake/ 38mm exhaust valves. I have also found another short-block to use. I am trading the owner a set of B20 Mahle +.030 pistons for the bottom end. Also, in news, I finally purchased the rare R-Sport (Competition Service) GT manifold. I will get it all cleaned up next and setup for the Weber 38/38.
